This Affiliate Program Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information relating to our affiliate and partner programs (the “Affiliate Program”), including the Certified Partner Affiliate and Certified Partner Implementation Expert tiers. This policy applies to:

individuals and businesses applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program (“Partners”), and

visitors and customers who interact with Partner referral links, codes, or tracked marketing (“Referred Users”).

This Affiliate Program Privacy Policy supplements our main Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, this Affiliate Program Privacy Policy governs Affiliate Program–specific data handling.

(Partners typically receive reporting at an aggregated level; see Section 5.)

C) Cookies and similar technologies

We (and our service providers) may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to:

attribute referrals to the correct Partner,

measure performance and conversion events, and

prevent fraud and abuse.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect referral tracking and our ability to properly attribute sales.

2) How We Use Information

We use Affiliate Program information to:

operate and administer the Affiliate Program and Partner accounts,

verify Partner identity and eligibility,

track referral performance and attribute Qualified Purchases,

calculate commissions, call fees, certification status, and payouts,

detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and policy violations,

provide Partner support and communications, and

comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell Partner personal information.

3) Legal Bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process data based on:

Contractual necessity: to administer the Affiliate Program and pay commissions,

Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, analytics, platform integrity, and reporting,

Consent: where required for certain cookies or marketing communications, and

Legal obligations: tax reporting, accounting, compliance, and dispute handling.

4) Partner Marketing Responsibilities

Partners are independent parties and are responsible for their own privacy compliance in how they collect and use data in their marketing activities.

Partners must:

comply with applicable privacy laws and platform rules,

disclose affiliate relationships appropriately (e.g., FTC endorsements in the U.S.), and

avoid collecting sensitive data they do not need (such as passwords, MFA codes, or financial account credentials).

5) What We Share and With Whom

We may share information with:

A) Service Providers (Processors)

We use third-party providers to run the Affiliate Program, host pages, process payments, provide analytics, and deliver communications. These providers may receive data necessary to perform services, such as:

Hosting/Platform: ContentCreatorMachine.com (and related infrastructure providers)

Payment processors: to issue commissions/call fees (provider depends on your payout method)

Analytics and tracking tools: for performance reporting and fraud prevention

Email/support tools: to provide Partner support

Service providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us, subject to contractual protections.

B) Partners (limited reporting)

Partners may have access to limited reporting such as:

number of attributed sales,

payout totals,

call bookings performed by the Partner (Tier 2),

refund/chargeback reversals impacting commissions.

We do not provide Partners with sensitive customer data (such as full payment details, passwords, or private account information). We may provide limited data necessary for operational support (e.g., a ticket identifier), but we aim to minimize this.

C) Legal and Safety

We may disclose information if required to:

comply with legal processes (subpoenas, court orders),

enforce our agreements and policies,

investigate fraud or security incidents, or

protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, Partners, customers, or the public.

6) Data Retention

We retain Affiliate Program information for as long as needed to:

operate the Affiliate Program,

maintain payout and accounting records,

resolve disputes and chargebacks, and

comply with legal and tax requirements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of record. We may retain certain records even after a Partner closes an account.

7) Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Affiliate Program data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Partners are responsible for securing their own systems, passwords, and access credentials.

8) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

request access to your personal information,

request correction or deletion (subject to retention obligations),

object to certain processing or request restrictions, and

opt out of marketing emails (Partners may still receive essential operational messages).

To make a request, contact: [email protected]

9) Children’s Privacy

The Affiliate Program is not intended for children under 13 (or the age defined by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect information from children for the Affiliate Program.

10) International Transfers

If you access our sites or Affiliate Program from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Affiliate Program Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
